Beru was born out of a question: why is art always at the end of the queue, even when we all know its power to cross barriers and give voice to the unspoken? In a society where art holds the capacity to challenge, heal, and transform, the journey of an artist, especially in the early stages, is often full of struggle and solitude.
We chose this path consciously: not to complain, not to bow down, but to build. Beru is our response—a growing, breathing space in Bangalore that we call a hub for artists. It is a space where we hold each other’s hands and move art forward. Artists from across India and the world come here to create, collaborate, and progress in their journeys.
